Ethical decisions during COVID-19: level of moral disengagement and national pride as mediators

COVID-19 created a global crisis of unprecedented comprehensiveness affecting personal and professional lives individuals worldwide. The pandemic various governmental guidelines associated with it had numerous consequences for the workplace marketplace. In light nature multiplicity pandemic, this study examines impact individual characteristics respondents from three countries areas world: China, Israel, USA toward related business ethics decisions in different spheres: human resources, marketing, social responsibility. Data 374 these indicated that moral disengagement was negatively to all ethical presented, national pride moderating above. Possible implications findings future research directions are presented.
